In this heat. I’m wearing loose cotton dress

JamesandJon33 Thu 25-Jun-26 13:00:37

Big loose T-shirt and a pair of baggy jeans with a loose waistband. Plus bra and pants , of course

Sar53 Thu 25-Jun-26 12:55:37

A loose linen dress from Next.

GrannyIvy Thu 25-Jun-26 12:55:33

Linen shorts and vest top. I’m crashed under my brolly in the shade in my garden after a hard session of Pilates earlier!

Cossy Thu 25-Jun-26 12:45:34

hollysteers

And no knickers

Me too! Haha But I have to go out later so will put some on! I wear cotton shorts type knickers, great in the heat

merlotgran Thu 25-Jun-26 12:45:20

Loose fitting linen crop trousers and a baggy t shirt - no bra as I’m not going out today .

karmalady Thu 25-Jun-26 12:35:01

long floaty linen/viscose caftan and panties. Nothing else

Grandma70s Thu 25-Jun-26 12:27:13

My nightdress. I don’t intend to get dressed today.

EkwaNimitee Thu 25-Jun-26 12:27:12

Sleeveless cotton blouse, linen shorts, bare feet plus the usual underwear

V3ra Thu 25-Jun-26 12:22:33

Grandmadinosaur

Midi length loose cotton dress. Reasonably smart as decided to go out for lunch. Fed up of salads but don’t want to cook hence that decision.

My husband has offered to take me to our local carvery this evening, he has a voucher and wants an excuse to go somewhere in the new car he's picking up today

I don't know if I fancy a roast dinner though...

Esmay Thu 25-Jun-26 12:20:52

A really thin almost transparent Indian inspired charity shop Monsoon bargain .
Wish I had another .

Jaxjacky Thu 25-Jun-26 11:58:09

Pale blue cotton 3/4 length shift dress too big but it doesn’t matter, first time I’ve worn a dress for years. Bare feet.

Tuliptree Thu 25-Jun-26 11:54:58

Every time I wear it, I wish I’d bought two

yogitree Thu 25-Jun-26 11:53:10

Tuliptree

A very thin Indian cotton print dress bought in a French supermarket 30 years ago for 49 francs

That sounds nice. I absolutely love Indian cotton dresses.

nanna8 Thu 25-Jun-26 11:52:46

Jeans, socks, boots, jumper and a cardigan and I’m hugging the fire . That’s South Australia for you 😃

Greyduster Thu 25-Jun-26 11:52:12

Linen trousers, an ancient long sleeved, baggy Hawkshead shirt and my Tilley hat. Just the ticket. No shade in my garden now. No shade anywhere!

Grandmadinosaur Thu 25-Jun-26 11:50:38

Pittcity Thu 25-Jun-26 11:48:48

I did have a dress and knickers on!

Pittcity Thu 25-Jun-26 11:48:12

I'm not wearing a bra....even went to Lidl without one!

henetha Thu 25-Jun-26 11:47:01

A rare event, - I am actually wearing a dress. Black and white cotton, just below the knee.

BoggledMind Thu 25-Jun-26 11:46:15

Lightweight shorts, sandals (no socks!) and a damp face towel on my (bald) head. I probably look a sight but I don't care. I'm reasonably cool.

Visgir1 Thu 25-Jun-26 11:42:43

Shorts, and Bikini top today.
I'm more concerned about what I'm going to wear tomorrow as I'm on a early morning flight to the South of France tomorrow.

Witzend Thu 25-Jun-26 11:28:05

A long, loose cotton dress, mid calf length and sleeves just below the elbow.
I bought 2 of them during a heatwave several years ago. Pure cotton, a sort of large seersucker material, and best of all, they don’t need ironing - I just hang them up.

Only complaint is no pockets!
They weren’t cheap but have been a very good ‘hot weather’ buy for at least 5 years now.

J52 Thu 25-Jun-26 11:22:41

Linen top and cotton shorts, just played tennis!
Loose cotton dress now, later to go out a more presentable cotton dress.

MartavTaurus Thu 25-Jun-26 11:00:20

Well I had to put my shorts on to go to the market at 9 am, but I'm now in knickers and t shirt.
36 degrees and rising.

GrannyGravy13 Thu 25-Jun-26 11:00:09

A maxi dress (purchased in Spain) with a bikini underneath.

(I shall be in the spa with GC this afternoon)
