On an absolute whim, I searched 'Retread + Gransnet' and this is what AI says of me on here (love the level-headed ๐Ÿ˜‚).

Prominent topics "Retread" frequently contributes to on the platform include: Health & Lifestyle: Providing natural tips for coping with life's pressures and offering exercise guidance (like adapting yoga poses for flexibility). I accidentally typed in FranT instead of FranA. She has been through a lot so has both my sympathy and admiration. As for my own it suggested I had made a typo and told me about a village in Sussex.

I tried a different AI search engine and got a much more positive and detailed response which obviously looked at more threads and themes than Chat GPT.

I would definitely share a review of me if it was really bad. I would love it.!!

I was rather disappointed that it wasn't.

If that question is for me ... yes I would have ๐Ÿ˜… I don't really give a fig what AI thinks of me. ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ

lol would you have shared it if it wasnโ€™t so complimentary ๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿคฃ

I just got this from Gemini: To describe a specific user from an online forum like Gransnet, I would need direct, public details from their profile or posts. Because I don't have real-time access to browse individual Gransnet user profiles or their specific forum histories, I don't have any information about what an individual poster is like.

Chatbot says Iโ€™m very critical of artificial intelligence ๐Ÿ˜‚

I'd take that as a compliment Petra...

Grannybags

It asked me if I was looking for a Grandma themed bag. Apparently I can find one on Amazon!! ๐Ÿ˜‚

... that really made me laugh out rudely loud! AI does take your words quite literally!

I asked for a view on DICKENS... it came back and said that Dickens' posting style was very similar to my own - but wasn't suggesting we were one and the same person which, judging by the way it framed the conversation - it clearly did grin.

The take-away about me on Chat GPT doesn't mention news forums at all and says, in conclusion - a "fairly ordinary, active, established poster"

#boring

I asked Co-pilot about me on GN and it said that no AI can access Gransnet and so those that say they do are making it up! I have not asked other AI's - has anyone else had a similar reply?

I don't have any AI apps. I use Google search and the first tranche of responses comes up as "AI overview". So Google's AI function must have access.

Not least because what it says about me is pretty accurate. (Especially the level-headed bit!) ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

AI says it looks like I am referring to the viral , neurotic and misunderstood chihuahua Prancer on the internet.
Funny..I thought I was quite sane but this jacket that ties at the back is very annoying ๐Ÿซค๐Ÿซค

I started a chat with the Google AI (not the one I normally use) and it hallucinated my being married to someone who died of terminal cancer and my spending a year looking after him!

Hahaha

I dont know where it got that from. Most of my postings were defined as "blunt" and "robust" especially my views on childbirth and marriage., immigration, and establishing boundaries

I completely agree with Petra. This started when cards where linked to our bank accounts, moved onto loyalty cards, then enter the digital age and BOOM.

Most of us would now have to disappear completely into the ether, off grid and live in the middle of nowhere with no services or utilities and eat grass hahaha
