Now you're retired

I am sure I am not alone in having to take my GCs to school.
I am up and running before seven on schooldays and by seven thirty at weekends.

Unless I have a bad night, when I can wake between two and three and still be awake at six, I’m showered and ready to go by eight thirty. I will have been awake since 5.30 -600 a.m. drinking coffee and eating my ritual two digestive biscuits while scrolling through Gransnet.

I usually wake around 8 to 8.30. If I have had a bad night, it might be 10. Last week was around 7 due to the heat.
Too little sleep is a major migraine trigger.

Usually 7.00 am. If I sleep any longer I know I will suffer with a headache.

I might occasionally wake at 6.30 but I'd definitely go back to sleep until 8am.
I have no desire to "leap out of bed". Ever!

My alarm is set for 8am when I am usually in a deep sleep having been awake for an hour following my 4.30 call to the loo. It takes me a good half hour to rouse myself then it's a good strong black coffee before stretch, shower, dressed and ready to take on the day.

As early as possible, usually just after 6.00am. I am a lark, always have been, always will be. The fact that I am not working any more does not change that.

Around 8 am. May be earlier or a bit later, but usually before 8.30. I might be awake much earlier.

It's 8.25. Just supping my tea in bed and soaking up my lovely view and the breeze from the fan .. bliss!

I get up around 7am but have been known to sit in PJs drinking tea and looking at GN etc until lunchtime.

Usually between 5.30 and 6am, once I wake up I get up as I don't like lying in bed and wouldn't go back to sleep.

Anytime between 6.30 and 8.00.
I do love to have a quiet cup of tea in bed though.

Awake anytime between 5 and seven bring a cuppa back to bed and scroll stuff but up at 8 I am hungry for breakfast by then having eaten dinner at 5.30ish the night before.
