Weight loss jabs and pills

Im being bombarded with ads for these.
I would love to try them but I know nhs wouldn't give them to me and it would be so expensive funding it myself.
Would you use if more affordable??

No, there is only one guaranteed lifelong answer to losing weight and that is to eat less calories than your body uses/needs daily.

Along with exercise appropriate for your age, mobility and general level of health.
