That (garment/makeup/jewellery) really makes your eyes pop, I hate it and I know what it means but it makes me think of eyeballs popping out of their sockets.

The over use of "iconic". Iconic building, iconic restaurant, iconic item of clothing, iconic venue, iconic this, iconic that. Stop saying everything is iconic!!!
Most of the above, but the word that really riles me is haitch for the letter H. It’s aitch!! It seems to be used more and more, or perhaps I’m just listening for it to happen.
Also shorpodist for chiropodists. We don’t say shiropractor. The chiropodist who looks after our feet says it drives her mad.
Super anything . Missing T out of words drives me insane. Every time my grandsons missed T out of wa-er when they were younger I corrected them. the eldest recently informed me that his school friends thought he was posh because he said water.
