My granddaughter was very prem , 27 weeker and weighed just one kilogram at birth. She is very brainy and is now at uni studying science. She was very,very tiny as a child and people used to be amazed that she could talk fluently because she looked so small.
It was a difficult and stressful beginning. She had to have blood transfusions and her breathing would often stop. Tubes everywhere and one on one care at the NICU. Many tears from all of us. Hang in there, Cossy

Hang in there, Cossy. We have recent experience in our family of two seriously premature babies. One is now a strapping, bright four year old, the other, born in June, is making very good progress. Neonatal premature care is truly amazing these days. Henry will be in very good hands.
