Nothing much has changed, we had a great breakthrough yesterday when little Henry was moved off his ventilator, only to be put right back on it a couple of hours later.

He’s stable, but simply not strong enough to take enough breaths on his own.

He’s growing very very slowly, he is very gradually gaining strength.

That’s about it. He’s now just over 8 weeks old, around 32 weeks in gestational terms. He’s still our little warrior.

I’m not due to visit until a week tomorrow, been a bit unwell and not taking any risks.

Very good news. Onwards and upwards!
