Apparently statue is buried upside down with the words we know you don't like it but we will dig you up when the house sells

On another thread today someone has mentioned petitioning St Anthony when something is lost.
Has anyone heard of burying a statue of St Joseph when trying to sell a house?
One of my friends had a SiL, very American, she was a “realtor” in California, a career that suited her very well.
She used to tell clients whose hous sale was stalling to do just that.
When my friend was marrying for the second time her Htobe, who was moving in to her home was having problems because his prospective buyers couldn’t sell their own house.My friend passed on the burying the Saint wisdom and within a week the house sold.
Pure coincidence, timing or…….
