Good morning all from Glasgow, where it is 12°C.

I have had very little sleep and when I did, I had very unsettling dreams.
Yesterday was not a good day healthwise, I did very little.
I constantly feel out of sorts, but can'texplain, exactly what is wrong. I have been told, this is what to expect now.

Dollie is coming for breakfast, so I must get up. Thnkfully, DH is doing the school run. I couldn't face it.

A trip to Lake Como sounds sounds absolutely wonderful.💚

Have a pleasant day folks. For those on holiday, have a wonderful time and for those, who are struggling, have a peaceful day.

P.S.My new pancake pan from Lidl awaits. DH is not amused; the results will be exactly uniform size and small. He prefers my large rustic ones.😉

I’ve just had the pleasure of watching 150 hot air balloons fly over Cappadocia during sunrise at Goreme. Stunning. Now about to head off to ascend some mountain that I can’t pronounce in 30* heat. The hiking here is fabulous but a bit hot and the scenery amazing. Feeling lucky that I can still do all this.

Good morning from W Kent where I woke up rather early, tinnitus really bad at present and I can sympathise with Bella not liking the end of Summer
We have an empty day but are thinking about a short trip out
Thoughts with those struggling along

Ashcombe thanks. It has receded a bit this morning. Hollysteers thank you too.

Good morning from a dry but dull Torbay with sun promised later.

What a busy time you’re having, grandMattie!
I’m sorry you’re affected by the changing seasons , Bellasnana.
The Italian lakes are stunning, Ladyleftfieldlover!
Your poor DGS2, Grandmabatty; I hope your pain has eased.

Early Asda grocery delivery expected here (twixt 7 and 8!) then I’m off to Props while DH will go off on a mystery train ride!!

Wishing everyone a good day! 🦩💐🦩🥰🦩

Good morning from a cloudy Greece. We leave today so not too bothered about the weather.
We drove my sister to the airport yesterday and had a meal in the town. The chicken giro was enough for me for the whole day. A little gift shopping and back for a wonderful sunset.
DD’s driving on the mountainous roads was very good, rather her than me as it got dark.

My son’s cold really hit me yesterday and what with falling at the pool, I have felt better on holiday…

Sorry you are feeling low Bella, not nice, too many irksome troubles GM and thoughts to Grandmabatty💐

Good morning from s somerset, it is going to be a very pleasant bright and dry day

My tv is working very well, together with the soundbar, it was very light to carry upstairs, even in its protective box. I am now waiting for a special swivel stand to arrive and then I will take the feet off the tv and raise it a few inches. The set-up is my present to myself, to make winter more cosy

My hair is being cut this afternoon and I will cut out a dressing gown today, to save a cotton waffle blanket from landfill.

I have some washing to do later, a tip run with cardboard and will also thread my machines ready to sew the thick waffle plus a bean and veg soup to make. It is an easy and straightforward day for me

Good morning all from Polmont where it's currently 16°, damp and windy. Bellasnana I'm sorry you are feeling low. GrandMattie you achieved lots yesterday! Hopefully you wont have to wait all afternoon for the new washing machine.
Yesterday I dropped off the boys at school then came home and had an early nap before making lentil soup and a steak casserole. I also organised my eye check up, car service and Internet fibre improvement. I worked in the school library in the afternoon before picking up the boys. Dgs2 closed the car door on his finger and was very upset. One of the teachers took him for an ice pack and he cheered up. It was a sore one though. Dsil came for dgs1 and was very quiet. His dad's prognosis isn't good. Then dd came for dgs2. I had some steak and gravy but the gallbladder pain returned last night, so I had an early night.
Today I will collect the boys and bring them to my house for breakfast then take them to school. I will do a washing and a little housework. I also have to do some admin regarding my car service. An online check in. The password requirement is causing difficulty. Life was simpler in the past! Steak casserole again for dinner. My gran always said second day stew tasted better. Have a good day all.

Morning all from Italy.

We are off to Lake Como after breakfast. I have been looking forward to this particular trip. Younger son attended a wedding there years ago and told us how beautiful the area is.

Have a good day everyone.

Sorry about the blues, bellas. Hard when it hits, isn’t it. Big 🫂 🤗 hugs

Good morning from Malta where showers are forecast with a high of 31°C.

I’m having DGS2 this morning whilst his brother is at therapy.

I will walk to the village, weather permitting. The rain is very localised and it’s still hot. I don’t like this ‘end of summer’ feeling at all. School starts next week and before we know it another year will have flown. Sorry, I’ve got the blues.😞

Hope you have a good day.☀️

Good morning from a dry mild Bristol. It’s been weird as the diurnal variation when it was very hot could be as much as about 18C, but now it’s only a few degrees.
I had an incredibly busy day yesterday with sorting out the jetsam of the tripping fuse, the wet washing, etc.
I had promised to see the temping manager about viewing the resident manager’s house this afternoon - it was left in an appalling state of decoration and cleanliness; as for the garden, the least said…. I then brought up a couple of other items, which then snowballed into something else, etc.!
Then, I had the usual Tesco shop which takes two hours when my neighbours friend comes. Once sorted, I had lunch and a little nap.
I baked for Wednesday. Normally, I’d do it today, but I now have my new Spanish class and, today, this viewing of the house made it difficult.
Nearly two hours later, all was done, washed up, put away, I needed to prepare for my WA committee meeting. Made strictly, ate then was out just before 7 pm.
I was so tired by the time I got home, I was in bed and asleep before 10.
I’m feeling rather nervous, joining an established Spanish class this morning, need to rush back for the house I so then debrief. Throw in the delivery of my new washing machine “in the afternoon”, my day is packed!
I hope your day pans out well and everyone has a degree of contentment in their lives.
