Chase Bank comes up trumps

I have had a Chase account for several years, cannot fault their customer service. They re really easy to contact and speak to a human 👍

MrP bought an article online. It bore hardly any resemblance to the picture.
He had used his Chase credit card. After a loooong phone call he got his money back.
So just in case any members have a Chase credit card and this happens to you give them a call.
