I'm still here, living in lockdown's really messed my body clock up. I've just had a shower and washed my hair, so I'm sitting with my new towelling robe on and I'll blot myself until I'm dry, then head off to bed and listen to the World Service for a bit... What are you doing still up?
It's 00.42and I'm still awake... it's my usual 'owl" behaviour. I have always been a night person. My Dr has prescribed a sleeping tablet which I have just taken and it will prob start to work in 15 mins, probably will take longer because tonight I'm worried about my grandson's potentially serious illness. As long as I get about 7/8 hours sleep, I'm ok. Hope you drop off to sleep soon. I wish I could sleep naturally. I do have dozing naps during the day. I have very bad habits - take no notice of me . Good luck !!
Oh Alishka - he had a swollen lymph node...did various tests for glandular fever, TB and now they think he's got Lymphoma. Going for Biopsy in the next few days and then , a treatment will be worked out . He is only 4years and 9 months. My heart has broken into a million pieces
I seldom go to bed before 01.00 or 02.00 and usually wake naturally around 10.00, although I'll have been woken by the cat wanting to go out at 05.00, the dog pops out for a wee then and is happy to come back to bed. My mother said larks are larks, owls are owls, and neither one can change. So glad not to have to get up for work in the mornings, I work evenings now.
Right! I'm off to my sack now. Fresh bed linen. Luxry!(Get thekeys sticking together? Driving me mad. Goodnight all, and special love for the little fella
My entire body clock is off since the lockdown began. I fall asleep around 5 AM and waken 2-3 hours later. I refuse to nap during the day, but that doesn't help. I don't drink caffeine beverages so that isn't part of the problem. I am so tired and welcome any suggestions.
