one of those days!

There is a bit of a breeze at the moment which is good, but I am totally lacking in wanting to do anything. There are jobs that could be done, or at last it might be ok to go out, yet I have no idea what I want to do or eat or anything. Anyone else feel like that?

It’s a familiar feeling madeleine , usually I just give in to it for a day figuring sometimes my body knows best then I try to get on the next day. Often these days come when I know I’ve done too much the day, or several days, before.

Thankfully that feeling wasn’t around this morning as we’ve had an enjoyable and energising morning being blown to pieces at the coast followed by an unplanned simple lunch on the way back. Now? Feet up, I’ll do nothing else needing energy today and will have no expectations of tomorrow.

I treat the no motivation or energy days (chronic pain impacts me) as just how it is, don’t try to change them telling myself tomorrow will be different. It usually is.

Dont fret. Tomorrow is as they say another day.

I don’t have any motivation either. I’ve just vacuumed one bedroom and can’t face doing the other two. I can’t be bothered cooking either though we’ll have to eat something!

No- today’s drop in temperature (max 25C) plus a very pleasant breeze inspired me to hoover through, book an engineer to come and look at my gas boiler which keeps trying to come on, do 2 load of washing, dry both and bring them in , finish my book then walk the dog! ,

I feel the same.
Have just put some laundry away but am now looking at an M&S ready meal in the freezer for a rainy day. Is not rainy but I just can’t be bothered cooking today 🙄
