We had breakfast out today and I’ve had nothing since nor do I feel hungry. It is so Hot! Breakfast was porridge with fruit and two mini pancakes with maple syrup.

I am going to make an omelette for my husband with cheese and mushrooms because he says he’s not hungry either.

Just put together a salad but i doubt I'll eat it all, lunch was small yoghurt not hungry all day, its 36* outside but thankfully 28* in the house.

I am eating quite normally. if anything I am hungry. I had an apple and cheese for breakfast. Pasta alla Norma (noodles with aubergine, tomatoes and basil) followed by raspberries. And I, like you, plan an omelette and side salad for supper, followed by some fresh fruit.

Mid afternoon I was so hungry I made myself a half round of tomato sandwiches.

After doing the shopping this morning, I have stayed in the house this afternoon, which stays blissfully cool despite the outside being so hot.

I'm eating less too. And feel more inclined to lighter food - salad, vegetables, fish.

I've lost some weight - just a few pounds - but I wasn't trying.

However I'm not really a cake/sweets person - but it's natural in hot weather for some to want that sugar hit for energy.

The temptation for me is to eat more when it's really cool, very late, which isn't good for digestion, is it?

Wheat biscuits, blueberries and strawberries for brunch, chicken mince, mushrooms and Brocolli sauce with fresh pasta in a while. Eating normally.

I agree.
Scallops on a bed of courgetti.
Still consuming alcohol though, with plenty of water of course!
