Weâre looking after a neighbourâs muttley (as dd2 calls them) for just 3 days - another neighbour had her for the previous 3.
We didnât really know her at all, so for at least the first 24 hours she just lay in her bed, very sad, wouldnât eat or drink, wouldnât go for a walk. I was really getting worried about her.
Thank goodness sheâs perked up a bit this morning, has actually eaten her breakfast, is responding more, but still wonât go for a walk. She has access to the garden but I donât think sheâs pooed!
Thank goodness the owners are back tomorrow evening.
Weâve looked after a different neighbourâs dog before - he didnât really know us either, but eating, drinking and walkies were no problem at all!
Should we downsize to help our adult children out?
Daughter says no visitors for three months
Hair loss.Starting to wear a wig.
Seems itâs now Harryâs uncle - the Earl of Spencer - having his turn at a âtell allâ book.
