Can't submit my entry!

I wanted to enter the competition to win a copy of 'We're going on a bar hunt' but when I get to the end of filling in the form there is no submit button. I often have this problem on Chrome so tried through Internet Explorer and the same thing happened....although I did manage enter another competition. Help please.....thlconfused

Hi lucid,

Are you entering on a phone or from a computer? Sometimes the won't display on a mobile internet browser, but should be ok when viewed on a laptop or pc...

I really like the sound of going on a 'bar hunt', lucid. A little more sophisticated than a pub crawl perhaps?

I have the same problem and am on a laptop.As OP sats there is no submit button.

I had this for a while with Firefox and Explorer but I now run Chrome along side Firefox and use it for competition entries as there was never any submit button on the page.

OK.... I've now managed to submit my entry via Internet Explorer. I had to right click the page settings and click on 'Compatability View'. Then I could just make out a sliver of the 'submit' button.....and it worked!
I only use my laptop LucyGransnet

Nope no idea where Page settings and Compatability View are (or even what they are) so I can't submit my entry either, I fear this prejudices my chances angry
This is not a problem I have ever encountered before - so please Tech - can you fix it??

'Fraid it's not something tech can do - the form is pulled in from a website called Wufoo. We've contacted them in the past about this, but we'll try again on Monday.

In the mean time, the best thing to do is make sure you're using a computer/laptop and try using different browsers (i.e Safari, IE, Fire Fox, Chrome)

gracesmum in Internet Explorer right click on the bar at the top and you should get a drop down box. Scroll down to 'Command Bar' and click to switch it on. Look on the bar for 'Page' and left click on here. You should then be able to see 'Compatability View'...either add Gransnet in the box or click on 'add all sites'. (You can switch it off later). Hope that helps....although you can only just see the top of the submit button!
