Also - do check your emails around the closing date of the competition you've entered. If you've won, we would have emailed you the details. Don't forget to check your junk mail, as sometimes our mails slip through the net.

Thank you so much for my win, I was really surprised to win but lovely just before Christmas. I have chosen my vouchers for Debenhams to spend them. It will be super spending, pondering thinking and looking so that I spend it wisely.

I've just received 'Hello From the Gillespie's'. Thank you!!!!!!smile Dead chuffed. I'm half way through '1000 Years of Annoying the French'. Good, but I feel the need for a break so this is perfect timing. Thank you.

Thank you for the book of animal stories. I shall be taking it to California next March. I'm glad there is a Max in it, that will go down well.

Thank you so much for the mumsnet book of Animal Stories which arrived this week. DGD aged 6 and myself looked through it this afternoon and she picked out " Up in the trees is not for me!" story to read. She could read most of it herself and enjoyed the story of spider monkey Max, who wouldn't climb the kapok tree,(until danger lurked).
Lots of different animal stories, including pandas, meerkats, a hedgehog and a space travelling hamster, all attractively illustrated.
It would make a lovely Christmas present.

NfkDumpling Thu 06-Nov-14 18:04:03

Just got home to find my copy of Animal Stories. What a lovely book. DGDs are coming to stay shortly and I'm really looking forward to reading them. They're just the right length for bedtime or, in the case of DGD3, nap time.

Thank you!

Thank you for my book of animal stories too - I set up some book shelves in the corner of my living room yesterday just for books for my DGC, so this is a very welcome addition. smile
