I don't like the expression because it reminds me of that insufferable character in the tv programme Miranda who's always saying it.

I realise you won't have seen it, thatbags, but that's the reason! smile

Why don't you like that expression, ana? Would you prefer the more long winded "please be patient while we sort this out; this could take a while"?

I am having trouble too - I "submitted" after choosing an answer to the question, and it comes back and tells me I have not answered it - but when I try again, the submit button has gone.

I get filling in the form , but it says my address is an error , well it has been the same for the last 40 years .........

I've tried to enter the Samsung Tablet competition and when I got the the end of the submission, I couldn't find the 'submit' button. This is not the first time this has happened.
