Books make the perfect gift - and if you are stuck for ideas then look no further than our Best Books for Christmas feature - there's something for everyone, whether they're into fiction, non-fiction, photography, baking...

We are giving away every book featured on the page to one lucky person*. To enter the prize draw, simply tell us what three things you always get in for Christmas (and that Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without grin) Post on this thread before midday on Wednesday 13 December for a chance to win. You can find more about T&Cs etc on the page itself.

*A previous winner asked whether they might split the prize with a runner-up. If you win and this is your preference that's absolutely fine - you just need to let us know when we get in touch.

After eight mints, no one eats these but apparently, it's a family traditiongrin)

Christmas crackers for the jokes, so old the three wise men would groan.

I always get in smoked salmon, sour cream and blinis all from Waitrose. It's a tradition we started when we blended our families to ensure we had something completely different from previous traditions. Sometimes we make the blinis ( with varying success), mostywe buy them. All the kids love them and the one year we went to an in laws everyone missed them hugely. Without that at lunchtime on Christmas Day, it's not Christmas.
