I was notified mid December that I had won this, but still not received it yet. It's an E book for my Kindle.
Am I the only one?

Did you reply to the email? You needed to answer the publisher's questions.
If you did then maybe they are not answering emails over the holidays.
I got a reply and kindle file very quickly so maybe you'll hear on Tuesday.
