So much I love about summer, wearing light dresses and sandals, walking in sunshine, feeling the sun on my body. Least favourite thing. Chocolate melts!!!

Best thing: Light evenings
Worst thing: Biting insects who seem to fly past my husband and feast on me.

My favourite part of the summer is being out visiting local parks with my Grandchildren

I love the sunshine - it makes me happy. I also love that my appetite decreases and i lose weight! I hate the amount of moths, wasps and flies around.

Favourite thing. Getting my washing dry.
Least favourite thing. So hot at night, fans on, legs out the bed perfect, then too cold. Legs back in bed, nice, no hold on, too hot again. Menopausal and the hottest summer since 1976 don't match.

Best bit is the sounds and smells. Children laughing, bbq on and freshly cut grass. The perfect combination.

The worst bit is having to remain cheerful in work when all I want is to be off and enjoying it all!

Best thing about summer is being outside more and enjoying the great outdoors! Worst thing is the sticky fitful sleeps in the heat.

What I like most about summer is that I get to spend time with my daughters and my mother on our annual holiday. We all get on really well and have some great times, sometimes in the UK and sometimes abroad. What I hate most about the summer is being so very hot. I know lots of people love the heat but I really don't. Perhaps I should have been born an eskimo!
