The best thing about the Summer is the light mornings making longer more adventurous walks possible with our German Shepherd and light evenings mean we can do more with the grandchildren.
But the worst thing is the heat, since being seriously ill 2 years ago the heat for me now is a nightmare and to work in it is even worse.

+ sun, sea, and sand... balmy evenings outside.

- humidity...... living in Cornwall with too many cars on the road.

My favourite thing (day one): the heat. My least favourite thing(day two): the heat! LOL.

I love days at the beach but hate all the insects - yuk!

Longer Daylight Hours to get things done outdoors / Hot & Humid Nights make it difficult to get a decent sleep.

My favourite thing about summer is wearing shorts and sandals instead of jeans and boots and my least favourite thing is the insect bites I seem to attract!

Dislike: Suncream.. I hate applying it and stress about when it needs reapplying if I have covered everywhere etc..

Most favourite is family time in the garden doing crosswords together.

Bad things, bugs

I love how the brighter warmer weather makes me feel happier, but I don't like how lethargic hot weather makes me.

Favourite thing is seeing all my lovely plants bloom in the garden and my least favourite thing is the hot humid nights.
