She is called Framboise from the book FIVE QUARTERS OF THE ORANGE - Joanna Harris

I read it many years ago but her character left a big impression on me therefore I never forgot her.
It describes thier childhood growing up in occupied France. Then it time hops to when she is old . Her reflections of her childhood are amazing x
