Loud music blaring out, & dancing my socks off in the privacy of my own home, well I think I've got the moves, but too inhibited to put it into the test in public!

For me, nothing beats having fun with good friends. Enjoying a good laugh together brings much joy, at any age.

Oh without doubt getting dressed up for a good night out with the girls! we may be bobbing on bit but we still know how to have a fabulous time.

Managing longer faster cycle rides

Listening to Elvis, Tina Turner, the Bee Gees and anyone else who gets my feet tapping and having a little jig about.
I always try to avoid getting too close to the window just in case someone thinks I've totally lost my marbles. ?

By being active, keeping fit and seeing like minded friends regularly.

Listening to songs from the past, catching up with old friends and trying to get out and about as much as I can.

Having a sneaky go on a swing!

My dog :-) she doesn't notice me huffing and puffing to keep up.

Dancing around in the living room with the radio turned up with my childhood friends and just generally being silly with them and talking about all the things we used to get up with.

Listening to 80's music and singing at the top of my voice makes me feel young. Remember not to get hung up on your age - it's just a number afterall, and doesn't have to define who you are or what you do.

Its quite easy for me as my grandchildren live with me, and as they are 7,9, and 12 they keep me fit as well

Cranking up the car radio whilst driving and singing my heart out to my favourite songs of my youth.

Being with young people, their enthusiasm and zest for life is infectious and just being with them stimulates those things in me. I’m so lucky as I have a gorgeous grandson, children I’m in contact with at church and children I teach that keep me feeling young!

Feeling young again is when I go to my ballroom fitness and tapfit, it keeps me fit and I love the old 50's music - think maybe I born in the wrong era! Should have been the 40's/50's to enjoy all that rock 'n roll and great dancey music
