I've always felt young and still do even though I'm 72 this year! My gran was always young at heart and that made a lasting impression on me. I hope I pass it on the same way to my grandchildren! I never think of age - it's irrelevant.

Talking to my friends about school days. The laughs we had, and still do. - I still don't feel like we left high school 33 years ago....It only feels like it was maybe 5 years since we left.

Practical things like exercise and good nutrition are good to keep you healthy and help your body feel young. Its important to keep mentally active and take an interest in whats happening today not dwell on what happened yesterday. You cant change your age but you can change the way you approach it.

playing with young kids eg nephew and niece. seeing the world through their eyes and their innocent comments makes you rethink your outlook. they take such joy from simple things. encourages you to be silly. had husband doing rolly polly down grass banking, me hop skotch and skipping down street hand in hand singing . best was singing following the leader song, loudly, and all 6 of us did actions, in middle of town. lots of stares and smiles, didnt care.
