Spending time with young people, especially teenagers is great. They always seem to accept you as you are and their energy rubs off so easily.

I’ve never felt old - it’s just an attitude of mind. I feel exactly the same as I did when I was in my twenties.

When my 2 year old Aussie granddaughter appears on my IPad at 11pm (her early morning) and demands, “Come and play with me in my playroom, Grandma.” By the time I have watched her for half an hour, and she has ‘read’ a book to me, I feel 40 years younger!
