My lovely young friends at work who are between the ages of 17 and 24 keep me young when we have fun at work and we have a laugh, they tell me I am 21 inside and out and we have a lot of fun together. Also my lovely grandchildren who are now 13 and 15 and we have fun going on a zipwire and they make me feel young again.
