Dancing around the house with some banging old dance tunes takes me right back and the years melt away!

By putting on my Wellington Boots and paddling in the sea; Jumping over the waves.

Without a doubt it's listening to music. Music brings back happy memories of good times......

I always feel young! I feel I am the female version of Peter Pan and always stay youthful - you're only as young as you feel and I certainly live my life everyday like that!

Our grandchildren - joining in with their games and laughter make me feel young again

Spending time with my little granddaughters. I am lucky to be able to see them several times a week, and a couple of days a week I take them to school and pick them up again. Being back with mums in the playground makes me feel like I'm back in the days when mine were at primary school! It's surprising how many other nanas are doing the same. I get to go on some school trips too!

Walking and being out in the fresh air whatever the weather

I feel so much younger by eating a good balanced diet and cutting out all of the junk food.

My Granddaughters make me feel young again and seeing the world through there eyes is a fantastic feeling and has given me a new outlook on live, Plus this week my eldest granddaughter Olivia has taken up learning the Ukulele and she wants me to learn with her.

Holidays and family fun

Having a little more time to relax after retiring and being able to do the things that I enjoy.

My kids make me feel really young with their thirst for adventure, the imagination they bring and the way the see a situation with new eyes!

I’m 75, but running a Community Facebook page of 8500 members in my town with my friend Derek keeps me on my toes !
