Playing with the grandchildren in the woods

Joining in community dance performances. I'm often the oldest there but once you have rehearsed and you are part of it age is forgotten. My children definitely do!

My two childhood friends keep me young, we have been friends for over fifty years been there for the good times weddings children grandchildren and the bad times funerals illnesses,we make each other laugh and alway edge each other on to try new things and live life to the full, rolling down the downs on sledges, to dancing on the tables in a Spanish bar they are just wonderful

My cats, because i'm always chasing them around the house telling them off!

Going to Center parcs with my children and their families

playing with my grandchildren or riding with my husband on our trike

Seeing someone i haven't seen for donkeys years and them telling me i haven't changed (even though i know they are probably telling fibs)

My children playing in the park and enjoying their fun

Paddling in the sea makes me feel young again

Listening to music from the 60s and 70s. Especially Motown music.

Being with my grandchildren

Being back at home in Ireland with my family in the village i grew up in

playing games with my grandaughters and having fun

Fresh air makes me feel young again

Riding my bike keeps me young

Hearing my daughters giggle and chasing bubbles and dressing up and singing songs all make me remember being young and happy!

Im 63 and still working, I think work makes you feel young, it keeps the brain active and its true what they say, if you dont use it you lose it. Most of my colleagues are young enough to be my children and in some cases grandchildren but this just makes me more determined to stay active and young.

Volunteering at our local Brownie Pack, suddenly I find myself up to my elbows in craft, hurtling down a hill on a grass sledge, abseiling, learning about recycling or countless other activities which make me feel alive each week.

Going to theme parks with my two adult son's keeps me young. When they were young they couldn't go on the big rides and when in their teens they wanted to go with their friends. Now they take me! I am an adrenaline junkie! I love being on the front of a fast ride being turned upside down again and again and screaming at the top of my voice! I can't wait for our next day out!

Went to aqua-aerobics and my friend said wow you've got great legs, not a varicose vein in sight!! I retire soon!

I am in my late 60's and when i meet people i haven't seen for a good few years they always say i have never changed and they would recognise me anywhere so i can't be ageing too badly.
