I won't be alone I'm sure in wishing to find my late Mum under the tree - just to be able to talk to her again would be better than anything else I could ever wish for
I'd love to find the collection of Tove Jansson's letters under my tree. From her exquisite stories and novels written for adult readers, to her profound Moomintroll stories--with their enchanting pictures--her work touches me, makes me think, makes me laugh, cry, all the feels, as the saying goes. She was special, and I'd love to know more about the woman behind the work.
My grandpa who raised me and he passed away in 2011. I'd do anything to see him, even for a moment. I'd also love to find my other grandpa who passed away and I didn't have a chance to say goodbye to him.
Apart from those departed family and friends - no Gransnet does not stretch to that level of capability but I feel sure you could arrange for me to find Michael Wood - we'd spend Christmas discussing Medieval History wouldn't we!!!!
My mum. She passed away many years ago and I miss her every day. A wonderful grandma to my two lovely children, she would have loved to see how they have grown into such fantastic adults. Love you mum!
I would like to find my father to ask him about his past life as many things remained unsaid when he was alive. He died aged 101 years of age and I feel that there was a lot I did not know about him.
I would like my my mum and dad who passed before they could meet my granddaughters, my now husband and my son in law. Would be lovely to have them spend Christmas Day with us all.
I'd love to find my grandparents. They were always part of our family Christmas and I have so many questions to ask them about their family and their childhood now I have an interest in genealogy (a quick Ancestry DNA test would be useful too!)
