It's that time of year again...

If you are stuck for gift ideas for family/friends, look no further than our round-up of the best books for Christmas. From psychological thrillers to women's fiction, autobiographies to cookbooks (and everything in between), there really is something for everyone.

And, as ever, we are giving one lucky person the chance to win everything featured on the page...worth over £800. All you have to do is tell us, on this thread, who you'd most like to find under your tree this Christmas (and why).

We will be drawing a winner at random at midday on Monday 16 December. Terms and conditions apply - more details on the page.

My Grandad, I miss seeing him at Christmas. He always seemed to be having such a lovely time; telling stories, playing the piano, napping or having a piece of each dessert in the same bowl! ?

I would love to find a rescue dog from the Dogs Trust in Kenilworth under the tree.

We've been without a dog for the last few years, mainly because I've lost a lot of my mobility with MS. I admit it has been a lonely time and if a dog was just waiting under the tree for me, I'm sure my DH wouldn't say it had to go back. Two hits in one - I get a pal again and he gets a loving home.

Phillip Schofield - he has had a lot of flack recently unfortunately but I have met him a fair few times and he has always been kind, lovely and funny. He will always be my first and longest crush. I would love him to be under my tree.
Merry Christmas x

Sean (the dark destroyer). from the Chase. I hoped to encounter him when I was on the program, but didn't. He has such sexy eyes! I bet he would be interesting to talk to!

Honestly I'd love to find the person who has a cure for cancer under my tree. Otherwise a really funny person who could make us all laugh - John Oliver would be top of my list.

I would love to see an the dogs I've ever owned under the tree! Very big tree!

They have all been so precious and beloved to me and it would be so wonderful to have one more day with them all.

Be about 20 I think!

Let's hope they'd get on!
