I have just been looking at one of the books chosen as the subject of a new competition.
The names of the daughters are 'Ella' and Samantha' !!!

Surely the author could have chosen two different, better names for sisters?
(Sam'n'Ella?)

Dd had a friend whose parents were evidently amused to call her Polly Esther - surname was Cotton.
