Clarks are rubbish these days so you dodged a bullet. I bought a pair and the soles completely fell apart, it was a rubber crepe sole, which when I looked online - many customers had the same issue. You can't resole them either. Useless. Wasn't refunded either. Won't buy anything in their stores again.

John Lewis not Honouring price pledge, because the discount from supplier comes off after item in the basket. Really fed up with John Lewis. Used to be so reliable.

Yup. Happened to me with Marks and Spencer and their 20% off cardigans. In tiny print in terms and conditions.

Just logged into Clarks website to purchase pair of winter boots. Opening window stated 20% of all boots. Goody I thought. When I entered my details there was no space to put code.
I rang Clarks. OH Dear. Apologies from customer service said nothing off those boots! I should have read terms and conditions ( didn't see those and where were they...). I didn't buy the boots. I will go elsewhere.
