I've bought a return trip to Leeds from London on Metrobus which cost £11 (incl their £1 fee) and paid with Tesco vouchers which were tripled. £1=£3.
Arrive Sat about 6am. Staying at musician's airbnb home for one night @£20 and travel back Sun overnight.
So that's 2 days away for next to nothing.
His home looks interesting and he's toured with some big names in the business so I shall ask for some stories.

Love my senior railcard and use it so often (along with bus pass) that I’ve saved the cost of the 3yr one in the first 12 months!

If you get Tesco Clubcard vouchers, £10 of them gets you £30 worth of railcard - that is a more or less FREE Senior railcard.

My senior railcard ran out last year and a friend told me that if you wear a hearing aid you can apply for a disabled rail card, so did and it only cost me £54 for three years!

Thank you for the 10% off for the Senior Railcard which just happened to coincide with my current card finishing on 19th March. £3 saved will pay for my next cup of coffee when I go to London next month x
