Does anyone have a Diabetic cake recipe please.

I have invited a friend and his mum for afternoon tea. She is diabetic so I am looking for a recipe for a scrumptious cake for my guests. I have trawled the internet for recipes but would prefer to have one that has been tried and tested by a Gransnetter. Can anyone help please?

Thank you Annobel ..saved on favourites and these will make a change from scones made with 'Truvia' ... look like some lovely recipes.
