when Try green strawberry chutney! Maybe add in a courgette or two to add bulk. Sweet with a hint of chilly - delicious. Go steady on the liquid.

I can confirm the success of Greatnan's stuffed tomatoes - very tasty and not too filling. A recipe that could be varied according to what you had in the cupboard/fridge/freezer.

I'm going to try that. Sounds easy enough even for me.
