Cake pops

Well they are decorated and I have to say I am pleased with the end result,a bit basic but not bad for a first attempt. They are wrapped ready for the Church fete tomorrow. I think I have a new hobby photo on my profile.

Well I finally made the cake pops this afternoon all I can say is I hope they look better when they are decorated Not exactly round either!

I haven't done it yet mishap I'll let you know how it goes.

However I think the perceived hassle/benefit ratio (aka the b**geration factor) will probably preclude me from extending my culinary expertise in this direction

Babs, it can't be too difficult as my 11 yr old dgd made some a while ago.
Go for it!

Babs I bought a machine a couple of months ago but so far I've not got around to doing anything with it. I also have a recipe book which involves making the pops with cooked cake mixture and flavoured frosting. I think they are really cute and would be great for childrens parties.

I will look forward to hearing how you get on with yours, pics too please.

Seen them in Lakeland catalogue, well the equipment for making them, and they look great but oh so fiddly

I would love to offer you some words of wisdom babs but I haven't the faintest clue what cake pops are
