Shepards Pie on Sunday which I hope will slip down easily for my jet-lagged DD and 2 DGS. After that it will be 'Wait and See' ( in other words I havn't a clue!)

I love ham egg and chips - can I come please?

I know just what you mean! I make lists of meals for Christmas, Boxing day and a few days beyond, but often forget to think of meals between now and then!

We had a chicken casserole tonight (binged in the slow cooker, no pre-browning or faffing about) with mashed potatoes and broccoli.

I have a feeling that it might be ham, egg and chips tomorrow!

The freezer and fridge are filling up wth delicious delicacies, the drinks cupboard has been replenished, the store cupboard is well stocked and the wine rack is groaning under the weight of all those bottles.
But what on earth to eat?
Can't start on any of the goodies, massively overspent at the supermarket, really not inclined to spend hours making clever casserole and NO WAY do I want to go near a shop again until at least January, so what on earth?
Home made soup - tick, (bought) quiche - tick, jacket potatoes- tick. Help - no more ideas!!!
Ideas would be very welcome!
