I think the ones from Aldi are already cooked - at least they were when I had them a couple of years ago.
I just defrosted them overnight in the fridge and served them cold on a plate with a bit of salad and a dollop of mayo sprinkled with a little paprika. They were rather delish! One step up from prawn cocktail!
It's smoked salmon starter for us this year then an Aldi 3-bird roast plus my Nigella ham. I've also made her Icecream cake and will be making a Black Forest trifle on Christmas Eve. Enjoy your festive treats and eats everyone!
