Paupiette recipe

I had a lovely recipe from Good Housekeeping for Pork or Veal paupiettes stuffed with sausage meat and mushrooms in a tomato sauce with cheese sauce on top. It was probably in the 1980 s. I've lost it . Can anyone help . Thank you
