Has anyone ever tried to make an ice cream with a saison or maybe a wit/hefe?
I have a few bottles of a really nice saison left and would love to give this a try, but no idea how to work it in.

I think alcohol in ice cream would prevent it from freezing. Good luck if you try. 
I googled it and saison is Belgian ale. In ice-cream ? No thank you.
Too much effort, too little gain! 
Although, I am led to believe that limoncello over ice cream is morish!
