I've had a VERY bad eating day. I am annoyed with myself. Cereal, fruit, coffee and smoothie for breakfast. So far so good. Lunch with friends. A ham salad sandwich with chips and 2 small glasses of wine. DH announced that for tea he was going to treat himself to fish and chips and brought home a huge portion of fish and chips so I had to help him out
Must do better tomorrow.
What time do you get up and go to bed?


I'm having spag bol tonight........ Maybe have a banana for afters.
