Sounds lovely!

My SOTD varies, but it is often one that we have come to call "random vegetable"!

I'm pleased that this thread isn't directly above or below the "Urine Sample" one! grin

Green Soup
Chop leeks, spinach, celery - add one veggie cube, almost cover with water and boil until soft. Add half a ripe avocado and liquidise with a stick blender. Season and serve with a swirl of cream. Delicious.
