I always buy us (DBH, DS and me) one each. DBH and I will have to have a talk about it when DS leaves home for good. We only buy others one if we see them on the day. If the GCs are here we have a huge easter egg hunt around the garden. It's a big garden, so we are finding eggs for months afterwards - DS is very good at hiding them and forgets that he is a giant by comparison to his small nephew and niece!

Same here, I'm not a fan of chocolate and just buy for the GDs. We don't buy Easter Eggs for the adults in the family.

I don't particularly likely chocolate and I find the chocolate used in most Easter eggs inedible. I have bought chocolate bunnies and dinosaur eggs for the grandchildren.

I buy little ones of various kinds for DH and me, and also for the next younger generation, but not for the DGC, as chocolate eggs are Not Good For Their Teeth grin . It adds a touch of conspiracy to the whole thing, and sometimes it's nice for adults to be spoilt (including me - particularly as I always give up chocolate for Lent and so my blood chocolate level is well down by Easter) tbusmile

I would just love an Easter Egg but DH thinks they are for children (not that he ever bought them any)!!
I was having chemo one Easter and hinted that I might get one, to be told, well buy yourself one when you are shopping. I did not out of pique.

is anyone having their very own choc Easter Egg ? I haven't had one for years and years(too much chocolate) but my children still expect them as well as the DGC.
