I used to buy buckwheat flour years ago, it looked a bit greyish with little speckles in it. It had a lovely nutty taste. Recent attempts to buy buckwheat flour have resulted in a bag of snowy white flour lacking in the remembered nutty flavour. Does anyone know if "old style" flour is still available?
