Buckwheat Flour

I used to buy buckwheat flour years ago, it looked a bit greyish with little speckles in it. It had a lovely nutty taste. Recent attempts to buy buckwheat flour have resulted in a bag of snowy white flour lacking in the remembered nutty flavour. Does anyone know if "old style" flour is still available?

You can get it online from here and no doubt from other real food suppliers.

I have bought from this company and my ordered was delivered very quickly. They do small sizes of spices which is very good if it's something you are just trying out as I was at the time.

Holland and Barrett have Neal's Yard wholegrain buckwheat flour.
