Another thing you can do with prawns is deep fry in batter, then serve with sweet and sour sauce and rice. Plenty of recipes on line for the sauce.

Thanks hildajenniJ... may have a chow mein sauce here and definitely have frozen peas here so will give that a go!

I had king prawns defrosted, also cooked, and was at a loss until I found a sachet of chow mein sauce in my cupboard. I stir fried them with vegetables that I had in the fridge, plus some frozen peas and fresh noodles. Dried noodles would work just as well if you cooked them first. Added the sauce and voilà, a lovely lunch in no time at all.
