Ideas please... leftovers

Just opened a tin of crabmeat to have with a Delicious Mag. recipe using farfalle pasta and lemon but will have some leftover so what should I do with the leftover crab meat? Thinking I could make crab cakes - and if so does anyone have a fail safe recipe or link? Or any other ideas please...

Go to BBC Good Food site, put crab meat into search and it should come up with some recipes.

I wouldn't have had any left over, I would have bunged the whole lot in! grin

But a nice crusty brown roll filled with crab makes a lovely lunch.......

Sorry but I just couldn't eat the whole tin plus the pasta all by myself... Lol! Mainly because I'd already had a starter and ended with tiramisu that just had to be eaten of course!
