Help needed please... Individual Quiche? Recipes and ideas for WI / WRI meeting October...???

My Local WI ( used to be WRI) which I've just joined holds a competition every month.... October's is bring along an individual home-made quiche , various friends have suggested to just do a Calendar Girls and go get M&S... but I think I might be found out!
Anyone got any good recipes for an Individual Quiche that I can try out and hopefully submit to our October meeting - either with shop bought pastry or homemade as I gather either are acceptable... my pastry skills are on a par with scone skills which usually turn out like rocks! Any suggestions, please as I would really like to join in and support the local WI group!
