so been to UK, and bought my Spiraliser- what do I do with it now???

Any recipes from you great GNeters- merci.

I'm tempted to say "put it in the cupboard and forget about it" but as I don't have one I suppose I'm not really qualified to answer!

It's not a matter of recipes, simply start by spiraising sweet potato or courgette as a substitute for pasta. That will do for starters ...well main meal I mean but you get my drift.

I love spiralised cooked beetroot.

Spiralled courgettes quickly sautéed in a little garlic and olive oil, add grated Parmesan and lemon juice - very simple and delicious. Also good with chopped anchovies or cooked salmon.
