bitter marmalade

does anyone know of a bitter marmalade,to buy or make I have tried all the recipes I can find that say bitter but they are are not,asda used to do a pink grapefruit one that was bitter but don't anymore I have tried to do one myself but even though I cut the sugar right down its still as sweet as jam sad

I have just had a look on Google and there are 497,000 posts under "bitter marmalade". Would it be worth checking them out?
