What will you spread on pancakes?

Syrup and lemon juice for me, but DH likes orange juice on his!

Probably none as I go out most Tuesday nights and I rarely get time to make pancakes.

For me it has to be just granulated sugar. Nothing else. DH likes maple syrup on his though.

Nothing but lemon and sugar will do for me and mine on Shrove Tuesday. At other times of the year I can be pretty inventive. One of my favourites is fresh raspberries and low fat creme fraiche (sorry, no accents - don't know where they are on my iMac!). Another is mashed banana and honey with yoghurt.

If any of the DGC are here we get the electric griddle out and they make their own with ALL the toppings including fruit, Nutella and syrup.
